You earn 20% of every subscription payment made by a broker who signed up through your link — their first payment and every renewal after it, for as long as they stay subscribed. Finance Lobby takes no commission on closed deals, and you never bill the borrower or the lender. We pay you directly via ACH or wire on the 15th of the month following the payment. If one of their payments is refunded, the matching commission is reversed.

It depends on your state and on what you do. Your commission is a share of the subscription fees a referred broker pays Finance Lobby — it is not a fee on any loan, and you never arrange or negotiate financing. Some states regulate paid referrals in real estate and lending, so check with your own legal or compliance adviser before you start. Finance Lobby can’t give legal advice.

Your commission stops when their subscription does, and starts again by itself if they subscribe again later — there is nothing to re-activate. Your dashboard tracks every referral and what each one has earned.
